Supporting Each Other in Accepting Ourselves

At Bear Hugs Collective, we believe that nudity is not the same as sexuality.
Being unclothed is one of the most natural, vulnerable, and human experiences we can share yet in our culture, it’s often wrapped in shame, fear, and misunderstanding.
The clothing-optional format gives participants the freedom to discover how to feel comfortable in your own body while at your most vulnerable.
This workshop is not about exposure; it’s about permission. Here we give ourselves the permission to exist in our bodies exactly as they are and without judgment, comparison, or expectation.
In this nonsexual, consent-based environment nudity can become a powerful tool for healing. It allows men to experience physical closeness, comfort, and platonic touch without the pressure of performance or objectification. It’s about learning that your body is not something to hide, fix, or feel shame in. In this space, you are simply allowed to be.

Sessions will be held every 3rd Sunday of the month. Registrations will be available about 6 - 8 weeks in advance of a workshop date, and will be updated regularly on the sign up form.

If a session must be canceled or rescheduled, a notification will be posted on the website and sent to all registered attendees. They will be given the chance to move their reservation to another date, or to receive a refund.

🤝 Group Agreements
To keep our space safe, welcoming, and affirming for everyone, we ask all participants to honor the following agreements:
-
Consent is key — always ask before touching.
-
Respect that the group is a non-sexual space— arousal can happen naturally, but it must not be acted upon during the group.
-
Respect personal boundaries — everyone’s comfort level is different and another's boundaries are not a reflection on you.
-
Confidentiality matters — what’s shared in the group stays in the group.
-
Come fresh and clean — please arrive showered and fragrance-free.
These agreements help us create a space where everyone feels respected, comfortable, and supported.
